Shipping
Light & Love Box ships orders via Priority Mail. Your Box may be dropped off at your doorstep without signature confirmation; it is your responsibility to ensure the Box can be dropped off and left unattended without signing for it upon delivery. Please keep this in mind when providing your shipping address. Subscription boxes are shipped according to the full moon each month. For the Yearly Subscription, click here for shipping information. For the Monthly Subscription, click here for shipping information. Shipping days are listed within the store for subscription boxes. All other orders will be shipped within a maximum of 5 days of the order for in-stock items by Priority Mail.
Refunds
Light & Love Box allows refunds within 24 hours of the transaction date and while that order is unshipped. After 24 hours, and while the order is unshipped, your refund request will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the company. Any refund will be processed within 2-7 business days. If one of the following occurs, please email info@lightandlovebox.com:

Your Box does not arrive within 5 days of the posted shipping date; and/or

Product(s) are damaged (or missing), we must be notified via within 7 business days of receiving your box as confirmed through tracking verification. If we are not notified within that time frame, we can no longer be held accountable for the missing or damaged items and will not be able to offer a replacement.
All refunds are granted at the sole discretion of Light & Love Box.
Privacy
When you purchase a subscription box or other products on our site, we store your contact and billing information for our records. For all visitors, we collect anonymized information like your browser type, the length of time you spend on the site, and some demographic data to help us learn more about our users. However, we do not share any information with third parties.
